EXISTING MEDSPA: MANAGEMENT & MARKETING SERVICES

Acara's top medical spa consulting team provides consulting for Medical Spas that need to increase revenue. Our team are experts in Sales, Marketing, Operations and Training. We will provide management oversight including: developing your location operating and marketing plans and providing direction to the onsite management team for the implementation of plans, policies and procedures. In addition, Acara will establish sales goals through the annual budgeting process and work with your team to monitor and measure actual results against sales forecast, recommending corrective action as needed.

More specifically, Acara will implement and provide oversight as follows:

Management Support & Training

Acara’s team plugs into your location to provide the oversight and knowledge it needs to succeed.

Teleconference Support & Training

The Spa Manager and their team receives the support of our corporate MedSpa team of experts with experience in operations, sales, marketing, information technology, finance/accounting, facility management, human resources and research & development.

Specifically, the following support and training is included:

  • Weekly manager coaching sessions to review sales & operations, monitor goals & objectives and troubleshoot concerns and issues.
  • Monthly sales & marketing teleconference calls with an agenda that includes: recognition, sharing of marketing successes, review of upcoming promotions, and training.
  • Quarterly Owner meetings to review financial statements, operating and marketing plans.

Onsite Operating Support

Provide a monthly onsite management visit. During this time, Acara’s visit may include, but is not limited to, reviewing the following:

  • Front Desk Operations
  • Sales and Marketing
  • Human Resources
  • Reservations and Appointment Book Management
  • Facility Management
  • Customer Service
  • Service Operations
  • Retail Management

Acara develops service menus that meet the needs of your market while maximizing the productivity of your business, thus providing you a better opportunity to increase profits.

Menu of Services

On an as needed basis provide updates to the menu of services according to the service trends which Acara has identified.

Equipment, Supplies & Inventory Specifications

Identify equipment, supplies and inventory necessary to support any new services. Provide opening order quantities to facilitate purchasing.

Product Lines

Research leading medical skin care line(s) and make recommendations if applicable that will potentially increase revenue and profits.

Merchandising

Provide merchandising recommendations (or work with the vendor to provide merchandising recommendations) for newly implemented product lines.

Marketing, Sales, Promotion & Advertising: How do I promote my business?

Acara combines its in-house experience and knowledge of great graphic design with strategic marketing to provide you with a sales and marketing package that will penetrate your market at the highest possible level.

Marketing Plan

Work with the Medical Spa Manager to develop an annual marketing plan.

Marketing Objectives and Budget

Work with the Medical Spa Manager to develop an annual marketing budget.

New Service Launch Campaigns

Provide a launch campaign for any new services added to the Menu of Services (if applicable).

Graphic Design Package

Provide graphic design templates which may include but are not limited to advertisements, postcard mailers, and in-spa promotional cards which will communicate the promotions according to the marketing plan. (Production costs to adopt the templates to location specific information is not included)

Online Marketing

Provide online programs which may include, but are not limited to, website updates, e-mail broadcasts and e-newsletter, which communicate the promotions according to the marketing plan.

Medical & Service Technology

Acara keeps its finger on the pulse of the industry to stay on trend with new technology and services.

Medical Equipment

Review new technology and provide recommendations for additional medical equipment if deemed necessary to the marketing and operating plan.

Service Protocols

Provide clinical protocols for any recommended equipment (vendor provided).

Management Systems & Information Technology

The combined years of operational experience and knowledge within the Acara team is delivered to you in a set of operating manuals that increases your operating effectiveness and provides a competitive advantage.

Service Protocols

Provide Service Protocols & Client Forms for new services identified on the Service Menu. The protocols identify step-by-step procedures, product, supplies and equipment needed to facilitate the service, contraindications, and certification necessary to perform the service.

Standard Operating Procedures

Provide updates to Acara’s operating procedures on an as-needed basis.

Operating Budgets

Develop an operating budget, including projected staff hours, productivity rates, utilization rates and revenue by month according to program component along with expenses and capital expenditures.

National Vendor Relationships

Acara has leveraged its long-standing relationships and reputation to negotiate national level discounts that are passed on directly to you.

Preferred Vendors

During the term of your Agreement your company has access to the Acara Preferred Vendor Program which may include discounts and special service offerings.

Negotiated preferred pricing and discounts are passed on directly to you for lasers, equipment, products, supplies and more.
